I'll be working for 4 months and then studying for 8 months, so it'll be a whole year before i'm back in Scotland...w​hich is perhaps not such a bad thing!
Holland is quite a funny country...a lot of contrast. Amsterdam seems so liberal but the Dutch are generally quite conservative​ and restrained..​.sometimes the young people seem quite old fashioned, from their hair styles to their cloth handkerchief​s.
My sister is living in Holland at the moment, studying in Leiden. Where in holland would you like to live?

Also, I'm moving to France in a few days to work on a campsite. French campsites are always full of Dutch people. In fact, there is even a funny Dutch bumper sticker that says "If you can read this, I've lost my caravan"​ :)
