I was stationed at NAS Sanford in '58 and '59. In fact, I just bought a patch off of Ebay that say's "NAS Sanford, gone but not forgotten". I enjoyed your town very much! Probably changed a bit since then!!

Alas, I fear you won’t get anyone older than 94 because the age calculator only goes back to 1914. For some reason, Interpals reckon no one can live longer than that. So it’s tough luck on those octogenarians out there looking for a pen pal. Genealogy? That’s the reason I first came on here. I was trying to trace a sister in Berlin I never knew I had, (it’s a rather tortuous story.) Had no luck. I know virtually nothing about genealogy. And then I got sidetracked.
