I'm a 35 year old single mom with two boys.  One is learning to drive while the other is just learning to walk.  I work full-time.  I've been a bit of gypsy over the years and have lived pretty much everywhere in Northwestern​ America, even Alaska.  Now I've come to settle a bit with Yellowstone National Park as my backyard.  We've chosen to live the "extend​ed family"​ way with Nana at home with us which has worked out famously for all of us.  Not only is she my mom, the kids Nana, but she is also my best friend.  We have 3 very loveable cats with unique personalitie​s that spark some funny stories as well.

I'm not looking for anymore snailmail penpals at the moment.  I've been lucky finding some good new friends on here :)

I love learning about herbs, identificati​on as well as healing properties.  I like gardening.  Love storms.  I like to read a lot, mostly historical romances, science fiction and fantasy.  All kinds of crafts are great way to pass the time.  I also spend some time writing poetry and am about half done with a fiction novel that I hope to publish someday.   I love learning about legends and myths and magic and lore.  I love the intricacy of celtic knots and the deeper symbolism they carry.  I love to dream and believe dreams hold meaning.  I love happily ever after and get angry when movies don't end that way.

Country Western is my favorite but a haunting irish song gets my soul.  Native American drumming.  Celtic flutes.  Any kind of music that you can feel in the soul.
