I used to have a pen pal i wrote to for years that lived in Pontrasina, Switzerland.​  I think about him often and would love to find new friendships.​  You cant possibly understand the fun of having a snail mail pen pal till you've had one.  He used to take photos of his town and send them to me, climb the mountains behind his house and take photos, i got to see photos of his favorite parts of town, the church, and his favorite tree at the top of the mountain, it was beautiful!! Getting postcards from overseas and feeling like you know a town when you've never been there, that connection is exhilarating​ :) I want that again. I am looking for a mature male or female to write through snail mail.  Old fashioned writing and taking the time to send someone a letter means a lot more than popping emails back and forth.  I want an "origin​al snail mail pen pal".  :)  not sure if that really exists much anymore but i guess we will see.  Im not posting my address for obvious reasons but if i end up thinking your intriguing enough to start writing we can exchange information.​  Looking forward to it!

I wouldnt mind becoming pen pals with a male or female that i click with that is Welsh like me.  My fathers grandparents​ came over from Europe and i still have a lot of family over there that ive never met.  They are from Scotland and Wales. I think it would just be interesting to find out more about the country.  The church that my great grandparents​ were married in was a Parish Church in Kilmarnock, Scotland but unsure the name. I am trying to find out the name to see if it is still standing or in use.  Either way it would be cool to see or go to that town.  I have my family tree back to 1810, wish i could find out more.

honestly dont read that much, but have been lately.  i love writing and am planning on writing a book in the next few years.  i get in moods of writing poetry and story poems and it makes me happy.
