About Me:

Hello there, I am a high school student from Finnish forests, who loves music, books, writing, languages and many other things. I want to be an author when I grow up and I've actually started writing already. Besides I write short stories, I have one longer "book" still not finished. I play French horn in local wind band and I love it :D Music is my passion. Other things I like: ice cream, cheese, nature, travelling, skating, movies, studying, my own French horn, sleeping, swimming... Many things. As a book-worm and fantasy-fan you can guess that all things around those topics are things I like ;) I'm born-to-be-wil-person, I hate things that make me feel like I was in shackles, like this community and politics and all rules... I do what I want and what I want is something more abstrack.

Hey, I don't want to tell you everything. You'll know more when we talk and get know better!

Requests:

Someone who speaks English, Swedish or Finnish and who is around my age (14-18?), nothing else matters. I already have quite many email-pals, so I'd prefer snail mail at the moment. But of course we can just talk here :P Don't be afraid of contacting to me, but please don't add me as your friend before talking to me! And because usually people with same interests have ore to talk about, you maybecould have some same hobbies etc, but not necessary! God knows what all conversations we can make when we get know better.
Please, AROUND MY AGE! I'm not going to marrie you either. I'm here to find friends, talk about our interests, not finding boyfriend. I don't see why grown up person wants to talk with some teenager if (s)he can talk with other grown ups. I'm not going to asnwer you if you just write "hi how R U", or other way I can see you haven't read my profile.

Language Exchange Requests:

because I will soon start studying Russian, some help would be nice some times. But if you want to teach me some other languages, just contact me :]

Interests, Hobbies, etc.:

French horn playing in wind band, musical play and acting, reading and writing, drawing et cetera. So: music, books. Simple!

I also like dancing and skating though I'm very non-sport-person. Figure skating's what I've learned a bit myself, dancing's what I do in musical play besides acting and singing.

I'm animal lover, especially with dogs. Nothing other animal doesn't light my symphaty as well as dogs do.

Fullmetal Alchemist! I am not a manga and anime freak, or Japan-fan in any way, I'm just so addicted to this one. Roy <3 and Ed of course.

Favorite Music:

Rock, heavy, classic and instrumental, 60's, movie-soundtracks...
I also love Irish trad. music (meaning jig and reel).
I try to be open for all kind of musics, but there's some I just can't stand. And jazz is one of them. I don't HATE it, I just dislike it very much. No swing, dixieland, bebop or even blues (which isn't really jazz, right?) for me. Second is R'n'B, hiphop and rap, because many of those lyrics is all about just sex, and I see more important things than it in my life. Also the artist are all the same. I'm aftel all very fastidious about music I listen, but I also try and want to justify it.

Favorite Movies:

The Lord of the Rings -trilogy
Monty Python's movies
Pirates of the Caribbean
Mamma mia!
Bond-movies (<3)
Walt Disney's classics

Favorite TV Shows:

The Simpsons
Quantum leap
Heartbeat
Mi gorda bella
Little house on the Prairie
House
Robin Hood
Skins
Jeeves and Wooster

Favorite Books:

Tolkien's books
Inheritence trilogy (Christopher Paolini)
His dark materials (Philip Pullman)
Harry Potter
Spiderwick cronickles (Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black)
Robert Jordan's A wheel of time
Tales from the Earthsea, by Ursula Le Guin
Astrid Lindgren's books
... and many other books I'ne read are soooo good, but I can't remeber them all now, but I'll say some more: Sophia's world (Jostein Gaarder), The Great and Terrible Beauty (Libba Bay), Beowulf (yeah, really!), The Thirteenth Tale (Diane Setterfield),  Nils Holgerssons underbara resa (Selma Lagerlöf), Schritte die ich gehe (Othmar Franz Lang), Casino Royale (Ian Fleming)
and many others.

Favorite Quotes:

Dying is a beautiful thing: it preserves the most important in us: our soul - and destroys our weakness: human body.

By me ^_^

Things will never be like they used to be. But they can be better.

By me as well! I like quotes! Also lyrics of songs are mostly the best ones - if they have some meaning.
