Yea, its nice. I like the nature here. But i wished it could be a little bit warmer. Do you have much snow in canada at the moment? Its just rainy here, i dont like the fall... Winter is pretty ok though, then its possible to drive snowmobile, its fun :) Have you tried it? Yea shotokan has a very low stance, and both kicks and punches. Taekwon-do is much kicking right?

So you are about to present your thesis, wow!! I wonder to be in the same situation...​ I don't know if it's the same but in my case I have to hand in a thesis from 80-120 pages 0_0 ! Today, I finished with my first chapter put of 4 =( ... so I see myself having that presentation​ in front of my teachers next year... hope it goes fast ^^ I wish you good luck on it, I think you might feel nervous, but a teacher told me that it's time to focus on doing exercise and going out with friends in order to relax ^^
In Christmas...​ I often go with my grandmother,​ but being sincere I prefer staying at home. This year I have to be working on that thesis. I don't want to spend all my life doing it lol
And I agree with you I want to receive lot of presents too lol, no! I'm kidding I prefer to have a good dinner with my family, that's the best of every Christmas, besides of having my father helping in the kitchen once a year lol

Hi, I'm fine thanks, and you? I live in Skellefteå, its located in the north of Sweden, about 800km from our capital Stockholm? Where in Sweden have you been? I'm studying to dental hygienist at umeå university, i will graduate in two years. I practise shotokan karate, or I did. I have some backproblems​ so I'm not allowed to that rigt now. But I hope it gets better soon, because i really miss working out. I'm currently a blue-belt, but my goal is to get at least the first black one! Take care!

Yeah.. a long time since I haven't written you, I've been very bussy with all the stuff at school too, in less than 1 month I finish my university studies =D, thus I have to work harder these last dyas.. I got some problems at the beginning of the semester but now, I'm much better :)
So, winter is coming there? it  is going to begin snowing too? , here we have already began with cold days... we were in 9°C in the morning.. but I think that's not cold for you lol
Are you ready for x-mas? Do you celebrate it??
Hope you had enjoyed being with your friends, because once in a while it's necessary to fool around lol
