I enjoy reading all kinds of fiction, non-fiction and reference material on alternative therapies.  I love art, music, have interests in Eastern beliefs, writing, collecting pens (yes, really that's what I said), self-suffici​ent living, Mongolian yurts, composting, natural herbal remedies, homeopathy, the Desiderata, Nick Broomfield documentarie​s and documentarie​s in gerneral, but not the kind that seem like freak-show exhibitionis​m in the name of entertainmen​t, I also enjoy some pretty random but very nerdy stuff like ..... what shall I look for on google maps!

I reaaly love the music of Amy Winehouse (despite all the press coverage!).  I also enjoy the Arctic Monkeys, Amy McDonald, Biffy Clyro, Ben's Brother, The Fratellis, Foo Fighters, Green Day, The Gossip, Janis Joplin, Jet, Jimmy Sommerville (camptastic!​), Kaiser Chiefs, K T Tunstall, Kasabian, Kirsty McColl, Kula Shaker, The Levellers, The Libertines, Lostprophets​, Maximo Park, Matchbox 20, Nerina Pellot, Pink Floyd, Plain White T's, Radiohead, Ray Lamontagne, REM, Scouting for Girls, Snow Patrol, Stone Roses, Live and (she says, checking the iPod...) The Zutons.  Though not a buff, I also enjoy Edith Piaf, some classical, opera and world music

The Field, Monster, The Piano, Brokeback Mountain, Cold Mountain, Wicked Lady (circa 1940s), Misery, Dumb & Dumber, Psycho (all of them!)

The Bones of Colonel Fawcett (with explorer Benedict Allen), does that count as a TV show?  Jeeves & Wooster, My Name is Earl...and anything involving Stephen Fry.
