About Me:

I am a young 50, believe that number is only a reflection of the age of the paper it was printed on...... :)

I am a happily divorced mother of two. My daughter is 21, my son is 20, they are both leading their own lives now, and I am very proud of them as they are amazing adults.  I also am enjoying watching my first Grandchild develope into her own little person!

I am honest to a fault, love to laugh-and I do so often, I listen to a wide variety of music, enjoy hanging out with my family / friends and enjoy living my life to the fullest!!

Requests:

If you want to know something ask, it is the only way to find out!

Interests, Hobbies, etc.:

I enjoy watching movies or having a good conversation; hanging out with people, as well as the enjoyment of solitary moments.  I believe good things come to those who wait....

I like wishing on stars, flying kites, and dancing around the kitchen.  I like to travel- be it a trip on a tankful, to planes, trains, automobiles, or a cruise ship.  Love going to the zoo!  And much, much more...

Favorite Music:

I like all music-my favorite at any given moment is determined by the mood I am in, and it also depends on what I am or will be doing, and with whom!

Favorite Movies:

Like a wide variety....Some of my favorites are:  My Cousin Vinny, The Ghost and Mrs. Muir, We Were Soldiers, The Family Stone, In Her Shoes, While You Were Sleeping, Guess Who's coming to Dinner (1967), Grandma's Boy, Hardball, Rudy, It's A Wonderful Life, Holiday Inn, Elf...but I really have many more favorites...:)

Favorite TV Shows:

Depends on the night (day), and what other activities may be going on, if a better offer comes along-tv can wait.

Favorite Books:

Two of my all-time favorites are- "There Should Have Been Castles" by Herman Raucher and "It's Always Something" by Gilda Radner.  I also enjoy other autobiographies, mysteries, who dunits, short stories, novels, and astrology, again depends on the mood and jacket description-if it interests me I will read it.

Favorite Quotes:

'Life's too short to be too serious.'

'Live like you are dying.'

'Sarcasm is my second language.'

'Silence may be golden, but duct tape is silver.'

'In the end KARMA will be a bigger b*tch than I need to be.'

'Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.'
