My name is Debbie and I'm 28 years old. I just graduated (on May 3, 2008) from Valdosta State University! I love music...it's​ pretty much my life. I play an instrument, sing, do colorguard, am a member in a music fraternity (Sigma Alpha Iota), and I do a little dancing as well (latin ballroom, mainly). I love to have fun with my friends doing just about anything! I have a wonderful boyfriend, Justin. I have a kitty named Sangria whom I love dearly. I really love to travel and am hoping to do a Europe trip sometime after graduation. I love Greece (I want to go there so badly!) and New York City (love love LOVE it!). I have a slight obsession with penguins, and I love Penn State University (although that's not where I'll graduate from). I love to do girly things like shop, but I'm also a big sports nut (I adore American football!). I love to write long letters and am itching to resume pen palling! I absolutely love history (esp the Civil War and WWII), old classic movies, the 1920's and everything associated with that time period, weddings and wedding dresses, and anything having to do with the entertainmen​t industry.

Pen pals from all over - doesn't matter if you're in the USA or not! I *would* like to have more from outside the US than inside, just because I like to learn about different cultures and such, but rarely will I turn a person down from anywhere! The more obscure the country, the better (I love finding out things about countries that are "off the beaten path", for lack of a better phrase). :)

I'm very fluent in English. For Greek, all I really know is the Greek alphabet. As for Spanish, I can get my way through a conversation​ and I'm pretty proficient in reading it.
