"kimjang"​(it names~ baechukimchi​, kkakdduki, dongchimi,..​.etc lol~
baechukimchi​ is cabage kimchi~ kkakdduki is raddish kimchi~)
it is not holladay~and​ not fixed day~
it is different day each house~
in korea~ in winter~we make this food! and we riping it!
because it is fermented food~!
it is make some cabage~ Dissolve the salt in the water~
and~wash and season~~(it is spicy><​~~ i like it !!!)
it is soooo good to health~
such as ~ anti cancer effect,sooo many vitamin~help​ our digesting activity~~><​
and sooo delicious!~
