Wow, I did know that there are other countries that have the pre-IB year, too, but I guess you just have to pass the prepatory year, am I right? In Finland we have to have grade average over 7.5 (grades from 4 to 10) after the  pre-year to get to the proper IB. Do you have this kind of demands? I've heard that it would be only Finland which has.

Wow! Molecular biology! sounds interesting.​.. I think, I want to study Internationa​l Relations (doesn't sound so good like yours ahahah).
Well, in our educational system, exams can be only at the grades 10 and 12. :D Actually, at the end of these grades ;)
So, my exams are next year when I will be at the grade 10 ;)) Oh, by the way, if our trimesters marks aren't less than 7, we haven't exams also at the grade 10. So, only grade 12 left :D
We have many tests every day, though. Tomorrow - Historyyyyy yeyyy :|

We have to choose 3 subjects of level A (harder), and 3 of B. (I guess it's same there, isn't it?)
So, for level A I want to choose English, History and one more subject, which I didn't decided about yet :D Maybe economics or Maths ;D

Well, I am quite ok ;DD but quite busy and tired because of school... the end of this trimester is comming so i study really much :|
I want to study in IB too in 2 years... If I get there... :D

woops sorry for my ignorance zeynep. thats a cool a name!! like nothing i've ever heard. you can call me chekka, its been my nickname since childhood:P
right now its like 3AM, im studying for a history paper tomorrow eeeek its later on in the day though so i can still sleep.. but yeah IB is crazy! haha. wow two diplomas? two IB diplomas or are you doing another local course?? well good luck anyways.
my HLs are music, history and english - humanities student by far. SL biology, french B and math. it has been a good combination for me over the two years. choose wisely, because some students suffer form taking either too many HLs or HLs that are actually harder than what they expected.. that happened to alot of further math and chemistry students here... but hey, if you're good at it then go for it. i guess they kinda try to make the program suited to whatever field of study you intend to take at uni.. and its really good preparation,​ im sure it will pay off!

IB... oh IB... i extend you my best wishes and good luck for that. im sitting my exams at the moment - just finished two math papers. i sit 8 exams next week! and after that, another 3. so its pretty hectic. but like they say, theres a light at the end of every tunnel and i guess that applies to this situation somehow. how is the IB prep going? I never did that... i just jumped straight onto the rollercoaste​r ride !
