Perfectionist over here, yep, hello, hi, me, remember? The truth is that I'm a terrible letter writer really because I can't ever stick to one subject - I dart back and forth until it's a page of nonsense. Rest assured you will get a letter that IS worthy of a position in the UN.

Oh come on! :D It's just a snailmail letter, not a job application letter for the highest position within the UN. ;)

Of course! The point is to use you to be comfortable, not to torture you ;)

Hmm thanks for reminding me about that. Gross, I dont want to take anything with..it tastes bad.

Right now, and I'm so embarassed to admit this, I'm re-writing your letter for the 3rd (yes, 3rd) time. I just haven't been happy with anything else I wrote and it got so bad that in the end it was just a collection (a big collection) of random notes.

*googles what a bean bag actually is* Oh crap! Ehm, as long as you're gentle with me... ;) You forgot to put some of that yucky lemon stuff in your hand luggage.

haha test you out when you're here in January? :P I'm game if you are!

Packing is done (I think). I'm only wondering what I forgot to put into my hand baggage. So far I have 3 books, a magazine, my DS console, anti-bacterial wipes, my camera and a scarf. Oh yeah, and a toothbrush.

I guess there's only 1 way to find out whether I'm squishy enough to act as a bean bag. ;) So how's the packing going?

Some hypothetical friend you are ;) Anywy, the question is...are you squishy enough to act as a bean bag? :)

I think as long as I keep drinking that gross lemon stuff I'll be fine. Otherwise I'll just keep cursing Jemma!

I wouldn't mind being your personal bean bag, but I do when you feel as if you're flu-ish. ;)

Eat some oranges, drink some tea and you'll be fine. :)

No way, I'm not going into the centre of Jonhannesburg :D I would like to survive this trip haha. Or is this your way of trying to kill me off already? As it is I'm regretting going out with Jemma because I all of a sudden instantly feel the symptoms of flu.

I'll see if they'll all fit on...I just have to update my ipod first. Otherwise sure, with your request I'll just send all those notes to you :)

Well, you're more than welcome to squeeze in besides my 3 books and my scarf if you like but only if you keep up the agreement that I'm allowed to use you as I wish to sleep on comfortably whilst in the plane :P I HATE trying to sleep on a plane.

If you can put all of those songs on a CD, it would be great. But otherwise, just send the letter already and I'll get your music after I've send you a letter back (hopefully with USB stick filled with music that isn't your cup of tea anyway ;) ).

Waiting for 5 hours at an airport. That'll probably feel like more of a burden than the 15 hours in the plane. What the hell are you supposed to do on an airport for 5 friggin' hours? :S

How far is it from the airport till the city centre of Johannesburg? If it's not that far, you might want to look for some lockers, put your luggage in it and you'll be back in about 3 or 4 hours.

It looks like we've got the rain that has been there with you a few hours ago. So leave that open spot open for me please! :P

Oh and btw you have a choice here..I can either:

1) Put your songs on a cd (because I still dont have a memory stick thingy) OR
2) You can wait until I get back for it

How funny :P It was called Avatar - but the only part I remember is the 'new legs' bit :D

It should take about 15 hours - and I dont think that's including stop overs either...ahhh - we actually have to wait around for 5 hours at Joburg because my mom decided she's rather have too much time than too little time. I can't help but think I've forgotten something but I dont know what it is....I guess I'll find out soon enough, right? :P Oh wait..I know what it is...it's yoooou!!!!

I saw that preview about that guy in a wheelchair as well, wasn't that movie called Avatar?

When I'm checking IMDB, it says that the guy that plays Jacob is pretty sporty at high school. So I guess it wouldn't have taken him ages to get in such a shape.

So how long do you expect to be flying?

Well, he might be 17.....but you can just call me a paedophile then LOL I'm usually not so into this all buffed and ripped looked but jeez, it makes you wonder how long it took him to get in shape for this role.

All in all I thought this movie was a lot more boring than the last. It went on for too long and the acting was...meh...especially Kristen Stewart - I wish she would stop mumbling all the time. I did however see this really cool preview for another movie that features some dude in a wheelchair and all these creepy looking things with one of the lines being something like 'if you want new legs you'll have to join us' - weird!

Now I've got a super bad headache and alot of stuff to do. And a tearful goodbye to say to you later on - sniff :P

At least that's 1 advantage in the next time you'll visit Amsterdam; the decision making will be a lot easier and quicker. :) So we can also go to the cinema, and then there are always decent pubs like The Old Bell and St. James's Gate nearby for us to take a drink.

Why I chose New moon, is because that friend of mine has been talking about it for a while already, so I thought I might as well go and see it so I can actually have a verdict about it, especially because the other movies didn't become a lot more appealing when I checked their plot description on the posters.

Let's just say that New moon actually was fairly amusing, although it's not like I can't wait to go and see the next part of the Twilight saga. That crazy shizzle between vampires and wolves is growing old quite quickly. But with those guys and their athletic build (of which the dude that plays Jacob is only 17 years old... :S ), I can imagine why the movie is so popular amongst teenage girls though.

After a cloudy and rainy morning, we've had a pretty sunny afternoon, although it's getting more cloudy now again. And my mom just told me KNMI, the Dutch weather institute, already gave warnings for the stormy weather we're apparently going to get tomorrow.

I actually got my own effective system with packing. I got this system with things that I put in plastic bags before I'm putting them in my suitcase. I got my shirts, underwear and socks together in a plastic bag, then there's the plastic bag with electric stuff like my razor and battery chargers. And I got a separate bag for my bathroom stuff. All and all, it gives my stuff a little more protection, and it gives me a good overview of where I might have left something when I need it.

'On Amsterdam' - God, my english really has gone down the pot.

Yep, I indeed remember the cinemas on Amsterdam - what a fond memory...not :) We were going to go see a movie but I got tired of the "what do you want to see?" "I don't know, what do you want to see?" conversation so in the end I just gave up and we didn't see anything. Typical!

In any case, what made you choose New Moon over everything else that was showing? Or was it the only thing playing at that time? And what did you think of it too? It's interesting to get a males opinion on it, actually since in majority the whole vampire fiction thing is directed more at women. In my opinion anyway!

I'm not really excited about walking out there in the rain...but somebody might drive me since it's literally torrential downpours again. I have a feeling today is going to be another bad mood day since my parents are stressing out about packing/organising and then there's me....throw a few tshirts into the bag and I'm done haha. Really, I think you got me wrong there with packing. My saying with that is, pack as little as possible so when I come back I have to unpack as little as possible! So far my bag is half empty (or half full?) and consists of just a few tshirts, two pairs of jeans and various other shorts etc.

Anyway, I don't hate you :P You're quite impossible to hate.....just a nice target to poke fun at sometimes haha.

I've learned 1 big lesson last night; when the IDFA(.nl) is going on, forget visiting the cinema. And before I continue; I'll have to explain to you that in the Amsterdam city centre, there are 2 cinemas really nearby. 1 of them is De Munt (The Coin when literally translated), the other is Tuschinski.

Usually, they're playing mostly the same movies, but now they used Tuschinski fully for the IDFA, meaning that it was really crowded at De Munt. So me and this friend wanted to check out 2012, but the 8:45 PM and the 10:30 PM show were both sold out already, just like a bunch of other movies. In the end, we decided to go and see New moon, so at least now I know what all the Twilight fuss is about. :P

Too bad the weather made such an unpleasant switch yesterday. But then again... that's living in this part of the world for you, I guess. It was rainy over here most of the morning (the part in which I was awake, that is), but now I see big blue spots breaking through in the sky. Not that it really matters to me, I'm most likely to stay at home today anyway. :)

It's not necessarily a typical woman thing for being bad in remembering stuff, I think. The packing thing itself however... but maybe you just have to make a problem out of it if that's how women can get their suitcases significantly fuller than guys at equally sized suitcases.

I can't remember the last time I've been in a bad mood without any reason. There's usually something going on that's bringing me in a bad mood. Maybe it's the weather that's getting to your mood now as well? But thank you, I feel flattered for being hated as well... ;)

Yep, got back at about 3 aswell. It was really fine to start with but then it suddenly clouded over and the wind picked up. Now it's pouring with rain again.

Ever been in one of those moods were you're just in a bad mood for no reason at all? That's how I am now. I really hate everyone today :D I think it's just how irritable I get with having to pack things and remember things (I'm sooo bad at remembering. Maybe it's just another 'woman thing'

Yeah well, I don't expect to become the next Pieter van den Hoogenband, but at least it beats the gym. Or maybe this is a nice stepstone to feel comfortable in visiting the gym.  At least I've bought 2 shorts now, and I got myself a second pair of sneakers while I was at it. I've een walking in them at home and after an hour, they're still comfortable. Maybe I'm going to wear them tonight as well, when I'm going to check out 2012 in the cinema.

Are you back from the Eastbourne beach already?

Nah, he hardly uses FB and even when he does he doesn't notice a thing haha :) Anyway, the embarassment is over after the 'there's nothing going on, I swear!' conversation was done with :P

Swimming shorts eh? Well, swimming is a good way to keep fit even though I hate swimming (because I'm so bad at it). What movie will you see? I'm going to the cinema tomorrow...

Hasn't your dad noticed me on Facebook already? If not, you might want to tell him the news gently to make the conversation as less embarrassing as possible... :P

It's a little foggy and sunny out here at the moment, but they predicted rain later today. And ofcourse, I'm going out for a drink and a movie tonight. XD So I might want to bring my umbrella with me. Before all of that, I'm going to shop for some swimming shorts, as I want to continue with my swimming plan.

Anywho, have a nice day at the beach. For as long as the weather is ok, that is. :)
