Twenty-three years since it was officially InterPals. I don't know why I find this so fascinating. I googled this bc I found some profile that said they had joined 16 years ago and I had no idea IP was that old - but no it's older than that. I wanna find someone who is still on this from 1999 - that would be cOoOoL!
Created in April 1998, the site began as the "International Penpal Page." A friendly forum for people to find email and postal penpals from around the world, the page quickly became so popular that it was rebuilt from the ground up in 1999 and renamed InterPals.
Any topic is fine if it's academically discussed.

" talking to older people" I think you are the first person who likes doing that (here on interpals) or I havent found anyone similar before, I do that all the time, they have great stories to tell dont they? And even when they are simple, it feels like an adventure :)
