¡Hola!

Yes, I know Titanic. I like it very much, although I prefer the movies starred by Russel Crowe. Have you ever seen "Gladiator" or "A beautiful mind"?

Well, foreign films are usually dubbed into Spanish here in Spain. In other words, the voices are changed into Spanish, as you have said. What about in the USA? Are the foreign movies dubbed into English? By the way, I've heard that the Spanish director Pedro Almodovar is really famous in the USA, isn't he? As far as I know, his movies are more famous abroad than in Spain. Actually, I don't like his movies very much. They're really weird!

No, I haven't seen Sweeney Todd. Is it good? Neither have I read the Twilight series of books...Actually, I have no idea what they are :S It rings a bell, but I don't know exactly what they are-.

Yes, Ipods are quite popular in Spain, althogh I don't have any...yet :P I have enough with my MP3 player, which I usually used when I go for a walk or for a ride ;) How much was your ipod?

Well, I'm pretty sure you've ever eaten some typical Mediterranean dishes, especially the Italian food. What about pizzas and pasta? They're typical from Italy ;) Maybe you've ever heard about paella, the most famous Spanish dish. It consists on rice, chicken or seashell, and some vegetables and legumes ;) Take a look on the recipe: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paella ;)

Well, the interview went really well. Actually, I'm pretty sure I'm going to get the contract ;) I was quite nervous before being interviewed, because some candidates were called at the some hour, and I was the last one to being interviewed. The wait dragged on, but I think it worthed. Anyway, I'll tell you whenever I want something more ;)

Do you have plans for the weekend? Tomorrow I'm having dinner with my friends :) In addition, I think I'm going to meet a friend on Saturday. So, it seems that I'm going to be really busy this weekend. Therefore, I think it's high time I went to sleep...(is this expression c

To Japan, or to the Philippines?
I've never been to Japan, but I've been to the Philippines four times, last year, and I'm going there next year again, to visit my relatives.

Haha, well, not really. I don't know, I don't observe the people that much. But well, blonde hair and blue/green/grey eyes fills the majority of the people I guess. Lol. Blonde/rat/brown-ish hair, I'd say.

Ooops, the message was cut off. I was saying that I did a job interview today ;) I think I did it quite well and the interviewers were really satisfied. However, it's not a job. If I'm given the contract, I'll be paid by the regional government of Madrid while I'm doing my PhD at the uni ;)

By the way, I took advantage of the trip to Madrid this morning to go to my favourite bookshop. I bought a couple of books in English: Dracula and Sleepy Hollow...As you can see, I love horror books, but not bloody :P WHat about you ? What kind of books do you like most? Do you usually read?

See you!!

Hi!!

I'm so sorry for the late reply. I've been quite busy, but I have found a break to write to you ;)

How was your weekend? Mine was good. I went to the cinema to see the last movie by Ridlet Scott. I think its name in English is "Body of lies". I liked it very much! It was really good, and I like the interpretation of Di Caprio and Russel Crowe very much ;) About your questions...a videoclub is a video shop, a place where you can hire a DVD to see it at home and then you return it. I'm sure you have video shops in the US :P A film in original version is a film that has not been dubbed into Spanish ;)

Well, I know that many Americans are overweight. There are many Europeans that are too, but they are less than the Americans. There are many fast food places, but people go there from time to time. Actually, the Mediterranean food is very popular in Europe, because it's the healthiest in the world (scientists have shown it) and really tasteful. So, if you come to Spain, France, Italy, Greece, etc, you'll be lucky because you'll be able to eat the best food in the world....but don't go to McDonalds or Burger King ;)

You're right. I'm a homey person ;) Actually, I've been really busy for the last weeks and I don't feel like going out at the weekends, because I want to spend some quiet time at home, away from the stress :P

Well, I don't like the Christmas very much. I used to like it when a was a child. Actually, I believe that children are who most like the Christmas, because of the presents and the sweets ;) What I like most about the Christmas is that I can spend more time with my family and, of course, and I agree with you at this point, the good feeling that is everywhere ;) It seems that everybody wants to be better ;) Well, I usually see my friend very often, but it's a tradition to meet everybody together at Christmas. It's like you don't have an excuse for not going to the dinner ;)

By the way, I was about to forgot! I had a job interview this
