Citrus fruits are pretty cheap and available all year round here so they're not thought of as a treat...  whereas rambutans and mangosteens are rarely found as fresh as you find them in Asia... they need to be flown in and on the shelves very quickly or they'll soon dry out.  At around 2 GBP for 4 they're an occasional luxury.

We don't get much exotic fruit here, and if we do it's expensive and not as fresh as it should be.  My favorite exotic fruits are mangosteen and rambutan... heavenly :)

Yeah, I saw the duck heads but I wasn't quite sure... never been around one long enough to see the flesh fully removed!
