Hi! My name is zizzie (z starting in lowercase).

I ♥ music a lot!! I'm a keyboard player and used to play in a band called "Johnny​ & Eeyore"​. At the moment in "SEN"​, and sometimes in other bands as guest keyboardist.​ My favoritest internationa​lly-known bands are the Charlatans UK and Kula Shaker. I'm basically into anything indie and artistic.

Most of the time I'm a pretty quiet person, either because I'm too lazy to speak, or I simply don't know what to say even if there's a lot going on in my mind. I prefer putting thoughts into written words.

I can still get along with my friends being quiet, though. Sometimes I can be shy, but I'm not the typical Taiwanese girl you have in mind.

I consider myself simple, sincere, honest, friendly, open-mided, intuitive, etc. Yet I can too be solitary, dark, paranoid, childlike, sometimes a drama queen, and can be really cranky for 7 days each month hahaha. I'm also a very curious person. :)

Apart from music, another major interest of mine is the studies of "energy"​. Energy can come in many forms: any religion even paganism, law of attraction, wicca, tarot, horoscope, and the like, and can be called theology, occultism, paranormalit​y or surrealism and so on, but they all mean the same thing to me.
I'm not religious, but "energy"​ is what I strongly believe in.

By day I work full time, and by night I tutor English (not every night of course), hoping to save up enough to travel around the world some day!

I'm looking for friends from all over the world. Would love to learn about your cultures and share mine! More than that, I would also love to learn about your daily trivias. After all, they're what life is all about, aren't they?

Life-time friendship, preferablly with girls around my age via snail mail (hand-writte​n letters only, no typed ones please). Sincere letters only please. I tend to write medium-long letters, and prefer a penpal who does not write short ones.

It would be a plus if you also dig indie rock music but this really is not a must.

Please don't take it personally if I don't reply to your message, though. It's just that I have limited time when it comes to letter writing. That's why I'm only looking for quality friendship with people who share similar interests/ho​bbies.

And for sure I reject these 3 kinds of people:

1) those who stop writing after a few letters (this is apparently a waste of time for both parties)
2) those who have toooooo many pals already (I'd like to really get to know my penpals, and them to get to know me too. I don't think one can do that when she has like 100 penpals.)
3) perverts and flirty guys (I am blissfully committed to my boyfriend, with whom I've been with since I was 18. Save your time.)

I'm not a big fan of literature. Most of the books I read are about travel, "energy"​ or something practical in life as so far I'm still not patient enough with having to go through an entire fiction book. Hopefully some day I can be. I read when taking the subway and bus. I have a book on the go every day.

The book I'm reading right now is "Anatom​y of the Spirit"​ by Caroline Myss PH.D. It has a very clear and easily fathomable depiction on energy and spirituality​. Highly recommended!​!!
