Sometimes I write things that I don't understand. When I wake up I always remember my dreams. I like to walk in the mountains wondering what is under the snow, and on the beaches seing all the strange things washed ashore.

I am curious and quiet, sometimes boring, sometimes weird, often funny.  I like to listen to what people say and I enjoy the silence. I fear lions, policemen and beautiful people.

Cities where I have been happy: Luanda, London, Tangiers, Lisboa.

I like horses and books. I like tea and rum, poetry and pool. And kisses... I like dogs, cats, people and trees. And birds and airplanes and cargo ships. I love farming tractors!  And classic audio devices from the 70's...

I love having pets, but right now I only have some assorted tropical fish, several shrimps [ oops, they died :(  ] and a girlfriend.

When I was a kid I wanted to be: sailor, bullfigther,​ fireman, clown. The sentence previouly here was not this one: life is a bitch and when you fulfill your dreams you will still be unhappy.

Today [July 24th] I am bookmarked by 18 people. I wonder who they are? I already love them a little bit. Hugs!! And I always have some boomarks of people that I will one day write to...  maybe... if I can find something to say... My bookmarks are public now, if I bookmarked you it means I'm stalking you because you are a jewel.

I love reading the profiles here, of all these beautiful, interesting,​ quirky people. This site is like a giant candy store to me.

Sometimes it gets on my nerves that some people only want to talk with someone 'around their age'. Age is the new race? We are all around the same age (give or take a century)!

I am trying to stop having an age, I feel that it's a useless burden. That does not change the fact that I was born in 67. It was a good year, great music.

A poem I wrote in an Airbus 340 (Yes, I write poetry, beware!):

nafnið hennar er einsemd, síðust til að yfirgefa
fyrst til að koma að
partíi hjartans.

Actually I didn't write that in Icelandic, but it looks so much better like that. And now in something in portuguese, this time written on a boat :

I prefer ink on paper, but usually I only write letters after i know the person through email/MSN/wh​atever. Yes, I am lazy.

Dostoevsky..​. hmmm... When I was 11 I read his complete works. It was probably the most important event of my life, but I am unable to read it again ever since.
