I'm fond of all kinds of sport,running,walking,going on picnic and riding bike are my best activities ,but each one with each amazing story!!!

We have three elements in our life,and we must really be aware of them;Past,Present and Future,if we do only think about the future and we are worried about what would happen and whether it will bring happiness to us or not,then we come to lose something very precious.In the same way, if we are prisoned by the past and its bad memories for sure we become hopless and frustrated about both the future which is our choice and also we lose the present which is more singnificant...so it's an invitation to all people who will read my profile to enjoy the present moments and ignore the sorrows of the past in order to build a bright future..

i'm fond of all farm animals,i like enjoying my time with cats,dogs and birds as well.they are a source of my relaxation and inspiration too.

Enjoying life needs only simplicity because it 's the essence of life.

All our actions are meant to say something;be it violent actions or peaceful ones.it is not a mistake to show them in unpeaceful way,but the fatal mistake is to react in the same vilent way.Violence never require violence as a solution.neverthless,it only needs a smooth hand and an ear to listen to us;to listen to the source and the root of the possible violence.in this way all the problems nowdays will fade.
