In Chiangmai there are many places to travel.
In downtown I recommend you Nimmanhemin road.There are cafe, restaurants, and near department store call "Maya".
Saturday market and Sunday market are popular here.
If you are Buddhist you should go to Phratat Doi Suthep if not you can go to see landscape or view of Chiangmai.(Doi is mountain)
If you love night life you should go club for example Warm up cafe, infinity club, etc (in Nimman road)
