Well is hard to know which recipe can work with the ingredients you have in Poland. I have been there twice and one of those times I tried cooking Mexican food but the ingredients I needed were not available. But if you can find "half-cream" and "chipotle chillis" tell me because then I can find a simple recipe with that and Chicken

Hahaha... I am very sorry to tell you that Nachos and Cili con carne is what we call "Tex-Mex" food. Mexican ingredients that Americans (from Texas) took and created their own foods with it and called it "Mexican" but that are really American not Mexican. Just like Fortune Cookies are not Chinese. ;-) Even the name "Chili con Carne" has "chili" which is English for "Chile". And Nachos well... Mexico doesn't really use yellow cheddar cheese. We have only white cheeses not yellow or orange ones.
