i don't even know where to start.. ok so, racism is a term only used for RACIAL discrimination, so no, it's not racist not being attracted to someone in particular, but saying that you don't want to meet black people is extremely racist, our society is shaped in structural racism, so NO, there's no such thing as racism against white people, because we are oppressors, you were never oppressed by being white, but that's something you wouldn't understand because your country is majoritaeily populated by white nordic people only......

it's really weird that you say personality is what matters but still say you don't want to meet black people, that's just racist dude...
