Honestly, I have commonly watched or just seen some Phillippine people pass by or staying here in my country but it ain't quite easy getting up to somebody anyhow without knowing how to even approach them all in the name of wanting so much to become their friends, so i joined this site to basically have a good start of friendship with different people through small and then bigger and more frequent chats and later offline friendship whenever it can happen.
