I have been wondering if HIV infections in Lesotho do really go high rapidly as per reports or there is no coordination of records. Over 50 organisations are embarked on HIV & AIDS, but no database of the information which would indicate if the same person was tested by the other institution. International Organisations continue to fund awareness and behavioural change motivated by the uncoordinated information.
It's time to refocus the efforts and fund database development.
