Greetings from the US! I like your profile and since I stopped by, I wanted to say "Hi!". Your baked good looks delicious! I love to bake (and cook), as well.

It is not as common as that in western countries because HK is too small, not enough space to put a huge oven in the kitchen. most of us live in an apartment, people would rather buy a very small oven to bake cookies.
I don't really cook too (omg) lol but I start learning it this year for a reason :)
What do u usually so at weekend? Do you like being outdoor?
