Hey thanks for your comment on my picture :) It was taken after about 6 months of doing yoga but now I can bend deeper and my shoulders are more open, although I still need a wall ;) so progress is still to be made lol!

Simit is still cheap, no worries on that! Actually, in my city simit prices change depending on the time of the day. You can buy 7 simits with only 1 lira at 5 pm. It's the main source of food for students and government officials.

Sucuk, tavuk and basically any kind of meat are quite expensive now. It is a very big problem for middle-class workers and retired people.
Especially if you're living in a meat country like ours, not being able to buy meat would be real a torture.

Hopefully, one day.

Turkey is becoming more expensive day by day, we're kind of losing that good trait unfortunately.

I have a question, what is living in Lebanon like? Or to be more specific, Beirut? From the pictures, I can tell that it's a pretty neat place. And you also have a cost to the sea! (My city is right in the middle of Anatolia, so we don't have a sea here.)
