For me, Its mostly pronunciation of words since without someone actually speaking to you - Its really hard lol ~ especially place names.
Lately I've been so busy that I haven't even had much time to practice Japanese, I have Rosetta Stone level 1 to 3, but I haven't even had time to use that.
