Not a problem~ Good luck on your test! ^_^
Are you getting them mixed up or...? これ、それ、あれ、etc. Always need the particle は after it. この、その, etc. A noun comes directly after that.
ここ (Here) あそこ (Over there)、そこ (There) is just location. Same rule applies to the distance.
As for numbers, they can be a little tricky as they get higher. Basically, you break them down into parts. 225= This is in the hundreds, so it is にひゃく(200) にじゅご。25. And combine them.
Of course, I'm sure you know about that different endings..
ひゅく、にひゅく、さんびゃく。Etc.

これ is the equivalent of 'This is' これはりんごです。(This is an apple.) It is something near YOU.
それ is the equivalent of 'That is.' It is something near someone else that is close to you.
あれ is the equivalent of 'That over there is..' It is away from both speakers or all speakers.
と usually combines things together. かさとかばん。(Umbrella and Handbag.)
As for numbers, are you having difficulty remembering them? If you just get 1-10, knowing all the way up to 99 is actually very simple.

^_^ Not by much, most likely. I'm in my second year of Japanese. Have you had any classes?
