Hi Hana, I am Marion from Canada. I have been to the Far East-everywhere in the world but also to Japan. We went to Kyoto where we saw beautiful gardens and temples and ate shrimp and sushi. Japanese are very polite but not too jolly. They are dressed well and fashion is beautiful there especially the kimono.My friends bought kimonos to wear at night but I just bought a little Japanese doll as I collest dolls from all over the world. I stayed there 4-5 hours only then couldn't visit a lot of places.
I was visitied Ise for rebuilt sactuary year. the sanctuary is rebuilt every 20 years.
I want to get a luck then visited there but not yet hahaha

You said "Ise shrine" .. I've just see the Ise sanctuary 伊勢神宮 (into the Prefecture of Mie) ... a very extraordinary and wonderfull place! You're lucky to visit it! :-)

I saw (from the pictures You've posted) that You live in a beautiful place (I assume Yokohama) ... really nice place!
On my part, I can only show pics from Rome, Venice, Milan or Florence ... (although I prefer yours)!
