Okay, I think I get it. 必要 is"need" as a noun, but 必要とする is "need" as a verb. But... 必要でしょう is wrong?

You added とする after 必要. I do not understand why.
僕は時々、助け(help)を必要とするでしょう。 Okay, but if I want to talk about anyone's help, do I use とする anyway? Why is there a と there?
