German, in German is Deutsch. Dutch, in Dutch is Nederlands. I don't know why they picked such a weird name for our language but that's what causes the most mistakes LOL.

Ahhh, most Germans suck at languages. I live near the German border (like really near, we often do grocery shopping "abroad" or go swimming there by bicycle) and most of them really just can't speak any English. That's why we learn German in our schools here in the Netherlands; whenever there are German people in your (Dutch) shop or restaurant, YOU are the one that needs to adjust.

Sucks pretty bad. But it's the same with most French people. Even though the peeps here are pretty well educated.
