I like exploring human nature and learning about people, and I love to meet people who like to discuss anything under the sun.
I love architecture​, so I am always asking people about the buildings in their cities. 
I live near Toronto, I love big cities, not much of a country person.  My city is a medium size, only a half million people but I live near enough to Toronto that I can get my fill of a larger city anytime I like!  Hamilton is on the western tip of Lake Ontario, and we often can see the Toronto skyline when the weather is not cloudy.

You can't really request people's personalitie​s - life is not like a shopping store!  You meet people, try to share a few ideas and if you hit it off, then great!  If not, it's not the end of the world.
I really just like to meet people who like to write longer type letters, and not just a quick Hi on the wall I suppose is my only request.

I am always finding interesting things to discover, my problem is there aren't enough hours in this day to check them all out.  Right now I am learning what I can about sailing, as I have recently joined a sailing club and hope to get up to speed by next spring.  My city is on a bay and sailing is really popular and I have always wanted to learn so if there are any sailors out there, I would love to ask you a question or two. 

I'm always taking night classes, I really like to learn so I am slowly making my way through life taking class after class and one day it will add up to something!  Right now I am taking digital media, which is absolutely fun but really technical and challenging.​

I like a variety of music, popular, classical, big band sometimes, a bit of jazz here and there.......​......

Godfather 1 and 2, Goodfellas, Dr. Zhivago, Gone with the Wind, A Few Good Men, RainMan, West Side Story, Breakfast at Tiffanys, The English Patient.....​..

I like watching tv shows on dvd actually.  That way I can fit them into my schedule a bit better.  Some of my favourites include: The Sopranos, Will and Grace, Six Feet Under, Arrested Development and my current favourite flavour of the summer is Entourage!

Reading has always been a big part of my life, it's a way to learn about everything under the sun.  I love fiction, and biographies,​ historical books, right now I am reading a book on the Kennedy Family, and trying to get through all the books by Gabriel Garcia Marquez.  I have a fabulous penpal who has taken me down a path full of rich writing by Latin American writers so right now I have stacks of Marquez and Allende sitting on my nightstand, next to a copy of Jane Eyre from another special penpal.
