Living costs in our capital isn't the cheapest. If you compare with people incomes. But there are dorms for students, so that can solve the problem. I guess, if you come with scholarship then it's a lot easier =D
With jobs, when you really look for it then it wont be hard to find one.

Well, our climate is quite different than in Asia, so that might be something for you to get used to. So few extra jerseys wouldn't hurt =D
Estonians are passive, so don't expect people to speak with you a lot when you first meet them.
