I'm 27 years old and married. I work in a primary school as a nursery nurse.

To find out more about me read through my profile and the rest will come in the form of a letter.

I am only looking for a few FEMALE snail mail pen-friend who hand write their letters. I will however send you a typed first letter if I do agree to write to you since we write pretty much the same every time and if you turn out to be one of those people that don't reply to a first letter then I haven't wasted my time writing a letter to you when I could have replied to someone elses. That is the only time I send a typed letter, I can e-mail you this first typed letter to give you more of an idea about me and whether or not you'd like to continue the friendship. Also it will give you something to reply to when writing, just let me know.

I write very long letters between 6 - 10 pages on both sides of an A5 sheet but it can be more depending on the letter I am replying to,  so I hope that makes sense as to why I only want a couple of new friends since I am no pen-friend collector and its nothing personal against you so theres no need to feel sad if I turn you down. I write pretty much anything and everything in a letter.... and have a good moan too so would love someone who is the same but I would love a pal who'd write more then 3 sheets as I would like something to reply to too.

I can't do with letters that are only one sheet of paper as it tells me nothing so please don't contact me if your interested in those type of letters.

If after a couple of letters I find we really have nothing in common (if we don't click) then I will stop as I don't want letter writing to be a chore but fun for both of us. I'm sure you would do the same if you found I wasn't the right person for you. Again this is nothing personal it means that we can go off and find friends that we can't put our pens down for wanting to write every detail down.

My interests and hobbies are the usual stuff since it depends on time...

I like to as you know write long letters, surf the internet like many of you, blog (theres a link in my website section and I try and update at least 3 times a week if not more), read books (not magazines), shop for craft supplies, making things with paper like cards, bookmarks, atcs etc... listen to the radio, sleep, eat junk food, etc...

I like sunny day, hate rainy depressing ones, bright colours, autumn colours, dolphins, dragons, wizards and witches, teddies, stationery, colour, learning about different cultures and religions (that doesn't mean I need converting in to anything thanks)

Lemar, Justin Timberlake, Madonna, Beyonce, Pussycat dolls, U2, Queen, Simon Webb, Destiny Child, Bon Jovi, Blur, Robbie Williams and many more who I can't think of their names right now

I don't have the patience to sit and watch a movie since my hands need to be kept busy.

I don't watch much TV but if I do get the chance I like Emmerdale, Neighbours, Home & Away, Friends, Programmes that make over houses, Escape to the country, holiday showdown

As I work with children I also love Roald Dahl, Alan Ahlberg and Julie Donaldson's books.
