Hi Eva! :)

Sorry for the late response, but lately I've been pretty busy with my exams :)
In Italy we use this term "bianco" ("white") when we want to say that a dish hasn't any tomato sauce :) So that kind of lasagna is "white" because in the recipe there isn't any tomato sauce.
We call instead "rosso" ("red") the things that have tomato sauce in it, like for example "pizza rossa" is a simple kind of pizza with just tomato sauce on it!
I hope that I explained that clearly :P

Thanks for the suggestions! i'm going definitely to look for them :)

At university I study Computer Science, I'm at my last year!^^

What about you? What do you study?

Szia! Egyet értek :) Rudolf Péter a kedvencem, meg Debreceny Csaba. Egyszerűen zseniálisak és kreativak :) Követem őket szinházban amikor csak tudom (nehéz jegyet kapni hic.). Szeretem szinházba menni, ott látom élőben a szinészeket. Egyszer Al Bundy-t is szivesen élőben nézném ^^

Hmm unique italian food...hard question :D I mean there's too many of them to even think to suggest only one ahah

For a dessert I would suggest a pie made with lemon-flavoured custard and topped with meringue. I prepared it multiple times, it's delicious :P

Another very good dish is a slight variation of the famous italian "lasagna": it's made without tomato tomato sauce and with the additiion of sausages. It's amazing!! We call it "lasagna bianca" (white lasagna)

Umm no, I don't think I never watched a movie like that. Do you remember the title?

So, now I'm curious about what are your unique books! :D Could you suggest me some of them? ;)
