از حادثه ی جهان زاینده مترس
و از هرچه رسد چو نیست پاینده مترس
این یکدم عمررا غنیمت می دان
از رفته میندیش و از آینده مترس
Translation into English :
Don't be afraid,
if an unexpected turn of events
suddenly occurs in your life.
Don't be afraid,
no matter what happens,
it won't last forever.
For once in your lifetime,
don't take your life for granted.
Forget what happened in the past,
and stop being afraid of the future
