Yeah, and a lot of my friends are learning german for the same purpose, I assume job opportunities in Germany are very available and then you won't have to go through the hassle of preparing to a tough specialty exam, once you are good at the laguage you can easily pass and pick whatever specialty you want.
The USMLE however is hard as hell!
