Hello, Ruth. Haven't heard from you. Hope you and the young men are well. Have a peace filled weekend.

Got to thinking about how we are usually in Jamaica at this time every yr. & missing all our friends there So I decided to bring a little Jamaica here at home. So for dinner I cooked Jerk Chicken, Rice & Peas don't have callaloo? So used other greens. :)

Now only If we had Ackee & Salt fish for breakfast yummmmy!

Hi Ruth, Hope u had a great weekend. As for mine it was a busy one  we have had so much rain making a mess around here,we also spent time with the in-laws, had a good time.
