Tell you Clairebebe, I'm also a Chinese but most of the time I was in Sydney, Australia. I also speak Mandarine (putunghua) but since English is my major language, I speak English fluently as a everyday language. Travelling also can help you to learn foreign language. Don't be shine, speak more & write more then you will find yourself fluent in that particular language. Wish you all the best.
