I never carry an umbrella so I normally have to run when the rain comes...and get wet...but never learn the lesson so it happens all the time...:)
There is no such difference between spring and summer in Britain. Sometimes you could not tell if its summer or not. Maybe i get lucky this year and could go to Italy or Greece for summer break.

I've heard too. Your country has lots of rain and cloud. So guys don't have a umbrella, right??
Hokkaido( maybe you've never heard my town) is north of Japan. So recently spring has come. But it was snowing today. So winter came back here. About 7 degrees.
