i used to be in the hotel industry and i studied in Germany.  I want to correspond with someone who is sensible, honest, funny and well mannered.   I believe that the basic foundation of friendship is TRUST and RESPECT.

FATHER
I'd like to write you a poem, Father.
I suppose I should use lots of "thous"​ and "thees"​,
Try to please you with fancy words and endings -
but why bother ;
You aren't King James - You'd see through the names
straight to the love I am sending.

I could superlative You to no end -
Magnify and exalt, praise and adore,
And much more when I think of You -
but why pretend ;
I can't find the word, and to speak is absurd
when it's only a hug that will do.
