I am vegetarian so it is all vegetarian recipes. But most stir fry or just experimenting around!

i'd recommend working at a bakery first for a while. get your hands dirty before you jump head first into school. even offer some free help at higher-end shops if you have the spare time. at least that way you can just observe without wasting their money/time.
