Basically, I'm a 21 year-old girl from the midwest. I am studying English and psychology. Eventually I'd like to become a professor and/or teach ESL. I'm not a fan of pasting my picture online, but we shall see. Other cultures, countries, and languages have always fascinated me.

At the risk of sounding like a personal ad, I would describe myself as shy, sweet, sensitive, silly, sarcastic, and other "s" adjectives.  If you'd like a more thorough assessment, you'll have to talk to me.

I'm picky, but...

I really enjoyed American Beauty, A Little Princess (haha), Memento, Insomnia, No Country for Old Men, and a few others.

Aside from my recent addiction to Forensic Files (intersperse​d with the occasional Animal Planet and Food Network shows), I'm not a huge fan of television.

This is terribly broad, but I adore literature. Throughout high school, I'd have a new favorite with each unit. However, I will always adore Harry Potter (along with the 3595939 other people in this world).

I could never choose just one. (I seriously have a 700ish page-long quotation document. It's pretty ridiculous.)​
