Wow...rain has stopped around midday....fr​om Tuesday evening on...what a luck for us but it is still windy. :( I feel cold inside my home as I don't want to put the heats on yet...winter​ can be long. :P

I like drinking tea but never worked for me when it came to sleeping. I used sleeping pills (no strong ones) too and no help. Not sure what is wrong with me. I wake up during the nights often and sometimes I need time to fall asleep again. :(

Wow, then your depression is already really long. I am sorry for you! Hope it will be better soon! It is not nice to have a depression when you have small kids too...I know that from my pal already. :(
I am okay so far, just have injured my finger when I was out with my aunt's dog. It is better now and I don't need a band-aid anymore. :P
I eat three times per day...mostly​ two times, have sleeping problems and use the bike a lot...but I have checked my BMI and it is fine.. .)

You know when or why this depression has started? I have a pal who has depressions too and it sounds really bad to have it. I think I don't have it...otherwi​seI would cry a lot I think.
I am okay so far although it was really cold this morning but now the sun is shining and it is getting warm...you need a sunglasses! I think I should start something to lose a bit weight too... :(
