Hi and sorry for my late reply this time:-)

I definitely wouldn't call Finnish the easiest language to learn but I like it so much that the fact doesn't bother me too much (does it sound masochistic now?). The progress is slow, but it exists, so I hope for the better xD

I discovered fantasy through my friends - they are in love with Tolkien's works (one of my firends is also a linguist, so this was another mutual interest) and they sort of helped me explore his works too. At the moment I'm reading a fantasy series by J. Butcher "Dresden Files" and absolutely love them. The fantasy works open the world of RPGs for me too, in particular - Dundeons and Dragons. So we basically meet with a bunch of friends role-playing our epic fantasy characters, which is a lot of fun. And the geeks will be geeks :-) Do you happen to play any games, or RPGs?

If you find more info on the topic of shamanistic traditions in Scandinavia and Finland, please share it with me too (presuming the books were in English) - I'd love to learn more. At the moment I'm helping to run a page about Ukrainian mythology and culture, so there's a lot to translate into English, but I enjoy it:-)

You mentioned psychology as your interest - do you have any specific field in it that's of more interest to you? it has always been a fascinating thing for me too.
