Well, Cantonese is another kind of language, these three are different. And, I am not really good at Taiwanese as Mandarin. I mean I can listen but I cant speak it fluently

NO ~ it's different. Chang won is Southern part of Korea. and Warm compared to Gangwon. Kangwon is the northern end of the South Korea.
