At the moment I am learning past verb tenses but find it difficult to remember the verb endings and the patterns of the irregular verbs.
I suspect that you will be very busy once you become a grandmother. It must be an exciting time for you.

How long have you been retired? I retired 4 years ago and initially found it difficult to adjust to being at home but now I enjoy having the time to do things I want to do without feeling guilty.
I have been to Spain a few times but not to Portugal. At the moment I am trying to learn Spanish on line so if you have any tips I would be grateful. Does your daughter live with you - I don't think you said how old she is.
It would be lovely to chat and find out more about yourself and Portugal.
