Well, then why are you having exams now? Unless it is like midterms why now? I don't get it.
Ok, in high school we had classes that were semesters long and we had a mid term and a final and that was it.
In college we go by quarters but we do only 3 per year (most people take the summer quarter off)
And in those classes we have like 4 exams and the fourth is the final and that is the entire grade for the 10 week long classes.
If your classes are full year it seems like now has no significant reasoning as to why now. You know?
