The least you should worry about is making friends because Chinese are so active and kind. The foreigners i know about all fit well here, they like Chinese life and don't feel much difference but if you meet some elder people here it would be quite different, because they have old traditional opinions. But for younger generations they are like other youngers around the world. I think you should figure out your requirements of the family you wanna live in,about the culture differences, opinions etc. Then you will find a nice one fits for you.

Thank you, i will visit foreign countries soon,i have some plans, first i would go to europe. But I still don't know much about the purpose you come here and i don't know much about au pair, it is my first time hearing it. So you are looking for a good nice kind family to live in which makes you comfortable and happy during you living here, and experience the life in china and make friends and learn Chinese.

I went to different borders, most borders here are with Kazakhistan, i also went to the border of china and mongolia, but on all borders people cannot see cities, only nature. But i have never been to other country,so i have been living there abroad since i was born.
I think before you go to China, you should learn more about the different places, different environments here,so you can decide where you want to go more.

hahaha, because i want to help,it is my pleasure. hahha, then you can come to my city, my city is near kazakhistan,so the climate and environment is like in there and also like russia and a little bit europe. my city is very small and clean, like a russian city or canadian city, the population here is not many. So you can consider it, the more or less for my province too,as you can see the photos on my interpals page, they were all taken in my province.

This is my first time hearing about au pair, I think it is a good idea. If i find one family wants to invite you, can you come? hahah most of the families here want to exchange for English learning, which means want you to speak English and they learn English in the family. does it have to have a kid in the family? What do you want to do here in China while living here? do you have any specific requirement about the environment etc?

Jiangsu Province is the best place for you to go. People here are open-minded and tolerant. And we have developed economics and transportation and education.
Happy traveling and good luck!
