Taipei or Kaohsiung? Hmm... for some prices, Kaohsiung is much better and cheaper, but Taipei is more convenient if you don't have your own transportation!!
Then I prefer Jhongli city in Taoyuan, there is where I born. LOL The prices are between Taipei and Kaohsiung!!
