well, actually i put 儿 at the end of many words if i speak my first language, for example, my name is 韩雁翎, my friends usually call me 雁翎儿. but yeah, i know whats your mean, i dont have northeastern accent

lol you are wrong, sorry i didnt tell you im from Chongqing originally, one of the 4 municipalities in China, the centre of the southwest area, so 重庆话 is my first language but its okay, we all were required to learn Mandarin in the childhood

lol okay, but at first i need tell some truth. Chines has 2 kinds of writing, simplefield and traditional. but there are so many pronunciations of Chinese, different regions have their different sounds of Chinese, Mandarin is just one of them but is the popularist one. however, in spite of varied pronunciation, their writings are the same. its why i asked you if you want to learn Mandarin before.
